Corporate website
This website provides general information about DEFENDR Security, wholesale monitoring, and the dealer program. Except where a specific agreement is expressly presented for acceptance, general website content does not itself constitute a monitoring activation, warranty, guarantee, or authorization to perform regulated alarm activity.
Wholesale rates
Published rates are starting wholesale prices and may be subject to account type, signaling path, communications services, specialty monitoring, third-party charges, taxes, jurisdictional requirements, portfolio negotiations, and the controlling dealer agreement or service schedule.
Dealer enrollment
Eligible dealers may create a self-service dealer account, accept the applicable wholesale agreement, establish recurring billing, and submit monitoring accounts through the Dealer Portal. Adding an account to the active billable quantity does not by itself confirm that the alarm communicator, receiver path, central-station programming, permits, or other technical and jurisdictional requirements have been provisioned or verified. Signal monitoring begins only after the required monitoring path is completed and verified. The current dealer agreement is available on the Wholesale Monitoring Agreement page.
Accuracy and availability
DEFENDR may update, remove, or change website content, capabilities, pricing, and commercial terms. Specific services and obligations are governed by the applicable written or electronically accepted agreements.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, site content, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to DEFENDR Security and may not be reproduced for commercial use without authorization.
