Dealer tools are a benefit of the monitoring relationship.

You do not need to buy a separate DEFENDR software package before you can begin building a monitored book. Create the dealer account, accept the wholesale monitoring agreement, complete billing setup, and use the portal to submit accounts.

The platform exists to make the monitoring relationship easier to operate—not to turn DEFENDR into a generic software vendor.

Existing portfolio

Already have a book? Bring the relationship with you.

Dealers with existing monitored accounts can use a coordinated migration path instead of re-keying every relationship manually.

Common questions

Wholesale monitoring, explained clearly.

What can dealers do in the DEFENDR Dealer Portal?

Dealers can submit new monitoring accounts, maintain subscriber records, request test periods, submit communicator requests, view billing and tier information, update payment methods, and open support requests.

Does a dealer have to enter payment information for every new account?

No. The dealer maintains a secure payment method on file. Active account volume drives recurring wholesale billing according to the dealer’s applicable tier.

Can DEFENDR take over an existing account portfolio?

DEFENDR provides a structured migration workflow for existing monitored books, including data review, mapping, staged account creation and provisioning verification.
