Operational note.
Your DEFENDR dealer account is activated automatically after billing setup. Dealers remain responsible for licensing, registrations, permits, customer contracts, and other requirements applicable to their own activities. An account marked online in the portal is billable; receiver/path provisioning and complete subscriber data must still follow DEFENDR monitoring instructions.
