This Agreement is made between DEFENDR SECURITY ("Company") and the Subscriber named above.

PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I understand that all payments, subscriptions, and cancellations will be handled securely through PayPal. DEFENDR SECURITY does not store my personal financial information. The email provided for PayPal is where we will send the Invoice. Service will not begin until the First Monthly payment is made.

DIGITAL SIGNATURE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I hereby acknowledge and agree that my electronic signature applied hereto constitutes my legal signature and indicates my full acceptance of all terms, conditions, and obligations herein.

1. INSTALLATION AND EQUIPMENT. Company agrees to install the equipment listed in the Work Order. Subscriber agrees to pay the installation charges (Base Rate of $150 plus Mileage for anything over 100 Miles). All equipment is purchased and owned by the customer. The company does not directly finance alarm equipment in order to pass along the savings to customers. If you cannot afford the equipment upfront, we will issue an invoice for the equipment separately where you can choose the PayPal Pay Later option.

2. MONITORING SERVICES. Company will provide monitoring services as described in the Plan Details. Subscriber acknowledges that the system communicates via cellular or internet connection and that interruptions in these services may affect monitoring.

3. GOOD FAITH MONITORING POLICY. Our discounted contract rates are provided in good faith that the Subscriber will maintain service for the full term. Any attempt to secure these lower rates while acting as a month-to-month subscriber (e.g., cancelling early, blocking payments) is a violation of this Agreement and will be considered a breach of contract.

4. PAYMENT TERMS. Subscriber agrees to pay all charges when due. Subscriber may choose to pay monthly or pay in full for the contract duration. Pay in Full: Full payment for the entire term is due upfront but is still considered a contract for the full term. Includes 3 months of free monitoring after the initial contract term. Monthly: All payments are handled securely through PayPal. Subscriber is responsible for maintaining an active PayPal payment method. Late payments may result in suspension of service.

5. TERM AND RENEWAL. This Agreement shall remain in force for the Initial Term. Thereafter, it shall automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

6. CANCELLATION. (a) During Initial Term: Cancellation requires payment of one (1) month of the monitoring rate. (b) Pay in Full Cancellation: Refunds for early cancellation of prepaid contracts will be prorated based on the remaining full months of the term. (c) Bad Faith Cancellation: If a Subscriber signs up for a lower contract rate and subsequently cancels or blocks payment to circumvent the contract terms, monitoring will be terminated five (5) days after payment failure. The account will be sent to collections for the remaining balance calculated at the full month-to-month rate of $34.99, reflecting the breach of our good faith policy. (d) PayPal Management: Subscriber acknowledges that cancelling a PayPal subscription directly does not constitute official notice of cancellation to Company.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. COMPANY IS NOT AN INSURER. Subscriber is responsible for obtaining insurance for their property and safety. Company's liability is limited to the greater of $250 or six times the monthly monitoring fee.

8. FALSE ALARMS. Subscriber is responsible for all fines and penalties imposed by local authorities for false alarms.

9. PRIVACY POLICY. Company respects Subscriber's privacy. We do not sell personal data. As noted, financial data is not stored by Company but managed by PayPal.

Please be advised that DEFENDR SECURITY is not a Publicly Traded Company. As a private entity, we are not authorized to issue public stock options or monetary dividends to our subscribers or members.
